About the historic Briarhurst Manor Estate:

Built in 1876-77 and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, this stately Victorian-era manor estate was the second home built on this site by the co-founder of Manitou Springs, Dr. William Bell, of London, England (the first was sadly lost to fire.)

Today, the Briarhurst Manor Estate is an exquisite full service restaurant and event venue, ranked as one of 50 Most Romantic Restaurants in the US. The finest Colorado cuisine is served in an amazing atmosphere alongside Fountain Creek with spectacular views of Pikes Peak and close to Garden of the Gods.

The Tudor-influenced design is constructed of massive 23″ pink sandstone and features antique stained glass and leaded glass windows. The floor layout features 11 dining rooms with lower and upper patios – lovely backdrops for framing private dinners and events from two to 800 guests.
