TOUR GUIDES:

Matt Mayberry, Director, Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. Mr. Mayberry  has served as the director of the Colorado  Springs Pioneers Museum since 2002.  He has published  scholarly and popular articles on a variety of topics, ranging from tuberculosis treatment in the Pikes Peak region to how museums can effectively use eBay to further their missions.

Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum

For more than a decade the City of Colorado Springs has been engaged in a $1.5 million exterior restoration project on  903 El Paso County Courthouse.  The fifth and final phase of this project will hopefully conclude by year's end.

This  program will examine  the history  of this  beautiful  downtown  landmark  and the steps  that have  been  taken to rehabilitate it. The program will take place in the Museum's elegant Division  I Courtroom
