The Historic Preservation Alliance of Colorado Springs (HPA) provides leadership, education and advocacy to save our diverse historic heritage and to revitalize our neighborhoods. We invite you to participate in this network of citizens who care about Colorado Springs, its past and its future, and would warmly welcome you as an HPA member.
If you wish to join the HPA prior to Tour season, your membership form and payment must be received no later than June 15, 2017. Dues may NOT be paid at the Tours – the guest rate will apply if not a member by June 15th.
Our membership has grown tremendously and in the past two years, we have exceeded 100 persons at our tours. Not all tour sites can accommodate such a large group, either due to fire codes, space restrictions, or the inability to divide into several smaller groups under multiple tour guides.
Thus, for the first time, some of our tours will be limited to those who pre-register. Please carefully note the list of tours with special instructions. There will be absolutely no exceptions to the pre-registration requirements – if you’re not on the check-in list, you will not be admitted.
THE NON-MEMBER TOUR FEE IS $10 PER PERSON, PAYABLE AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE.

A highlight of our calendar year is our Summer Historic Tour program. Tours are held on eight consecutive Thursday evenings in July and August.
If you are not currently an HPA member, we would love to have you participate in our regular programs.
